Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Product Manager to drive growth in our spiral filtration and process solutions business. This role requires deep technical understanding, strong commercial instincts, and an established network of industry relationships. The ideal candidate has entrepreneurial demeanor with a strategic, solutions-oriented mind who is a proven hunter-seller who can engage directly with engineering, operations, R&D, and procurement stakeholders. We are looking for professionals who also have the long-term potential to step into broader business leadership opportunities. Job Responsibilities:
Commercial LeadershipOwn revenue growth across assigned verticals and territoriesDevelop and execute segment strategies for mid-market and key accountsBuild and maintain a robust sales pipelineLead customer acquisition, qualification, scoping, and deal closureManage forecasting, Salesforce discipline, and sales reporting with accuracyTechnical EngagementServe as a technical sales expert for spiral-wound filtration, membrane systems, and related process equipmentParticipate in customer technical discussions, innovation, applications evaluations, and solution designTranslate customer requirements into clear, pragmatic solutionsSupport pilot testing, validation, and system performance reviewsMentor with our spiral filtration experts to ensure the highest level of customer supportCustomer & Market DevelopmentLeverage existing industry network to accelerate early pipeline creationExpand relationships within target marketsIdentify new applications, market segments, and growth opportunitiesRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer sitesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with engineering, operations, R&D, and product teams to deliver customer solutionsProvide voice-of-customer insights to guide product development and capacity planningSupport operational planning as the business scalesLeadership & Succession PotentialDemonstrate capability to grow into a broader business leadership roleMentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales cultureParticipate in strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term growth initiativesQualifications:
Required10–15+ years of experience in industrial filtration and membranes technologies salesStrong technical understanding of spiral-wound filtration systems and related technologiesProven track record of delivering exponential revenue growthEstablished network of customers, integrators, OEMs, and industry contactsAbility to lead technical conversations with multifunctional teamsExperience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersStrong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and forecasting disciplineWillingness to travel to customer sites, plants, industry events, and ADM office (25% to 50%)PreferredExperience in capital equipment sales or engineered systemsBackground in process engineering, chemical engineering, or related technical fieldPrior leadership experienceDemonstrated ability to step into broader business responsibilities over timeWhat Success Looks LikeDeliver tangible, quantitative results aligned to ADM’s and Sustainable Materials’ strategic prioritiesBecomes a trusted technical and commercial partner to key customersDemonstrates readiness for expanded leadership responsibilitiesExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
