Job Family Definition:
Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates and validates customer and deal information in systems produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities.

Uses ability as a skilled specialist to contribute to the development of new concepts/techniques and to complete assignments/tasks in innovative and effective ways. Expert knowledge on the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are highly complex in nature where a strong degree of initiative and technical knowledge are required to resolve problems. Work is completed independently and has ability to handle most unique situations. Frequently determines methods and procedures for new assignments. May supervise the activities of other non-exempt employees.

Provides high-level support for sales processing activities for multiple business areas or groups.Demonstrates mastery across all sales processing areas, including: pricing and creating quotes for the most highly-complex dealsregistering information and producing documentationorder execution, billing and invoice productionconfiguration of order systems according to process standards and with limited customizationSupervises and performs oversight of all sales processing documentation systems and activities for the organization to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and adherence to compliance standardsEvaluates order documentation, methods, and reportsworks with stakeholders and leadership to identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and communicate and drive greater efficiency and accuracyProvides guidance to and may directly supervise the work of less-experienced staff members.Should be able to train and mentor new joinersPerform Pre QC AuditsWork with Supervisors to Facilitate monthly assessmentsShould be part of UAT Testing as an when needed.What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
High school or equivalent secondary education certification requiredBachelor's degree preferred.Experience working in Order management, Support services Renewal quoting and booking.Typically 8+ years experienceKnowledge and Skills:
