You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the channel. You will coordinate sales planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team in AFH Channel.
How you will contribute:
Data Management & Reporting: Track, consolidate, analyze, report data that adheres to company regulations and daily/weekly/monthly target for AFH Channel.Exellence Execution & Allocation Support: Coordinate with Sales, Trade, Finance, Supply Chain, Distributors,... to ensure smooth execution. Support the daily operations and actively propose ideas to innovate processes.Operational Support & Issue Resolution: Ensure that all processes, issues, or changes are effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately. Quickly resolve delivery/pricing issues, and handle payment procedures.Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from AFH Channel Manager.Who are we looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is prefered.1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales admin, sales support roles.Proven experience in process documentation and SOP development.Strong data analysis (MS Excel, PowerBI), organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Learning agility, resilience, can-do attitude, ownership, and proactively take on new responsibilities.English skills is a plus.What you need to know about this position: AFH Channel, Sales Admin, Sales Operations,...
