SALES PLANNER
Join a global sportswear leader and help shape the future of wholesale strategy. We are seeking a Sales Planner to partner with internal teams and wholesale accounts to drive sales, margin growth, and inventory efficiency. This role is a key contributor to planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across categories, supporting adidas and our retail partners in achieving shared goals.
PURPOSE
Analyze merchandise performance and forecast future results to support sales and margin growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key account partners to align financial plans and deliver actionable insights that elevate business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support go-to-market milestones and planning initiatives with sales and account teams
Build financial plans across categories that align account KPIs with brand shipment targets
Analyze in-season performance and provide recommendations to improve results
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
Manage franchise, key item, and replenishment forecasts to optimize inventory

Strong understanding of retail math and sell through data
Ability to build and flow product assortments based on trends and account needs
Strategic thinker with ability to synthesize data and develop solutions
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
Advanced presentation and communication skills across business levels
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred
Minimum two years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, or financial forecasting
Industry experience preferred but not required
Advanced Excel skills required
