Sales & Partnership Manager-Mobile Apps- Personal Health/Mother & Child (Stamford, CT)

We’re looking for a strategic and motivated Digital Ad Sales Manager to join our US commercial team. This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role responsible for two key revenue streams within our pregnancy-focused mobile platform: digital advertising sales and state-level government partnerships.

As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating our US growth. You’ll work with some of the world’s most recognizable brands and help public health organizations use Pregnancy+ to reach and support moms with vital resources. Your role:

1. Digital Advertising Sales – ~70% of role
Lead the end-to-end sales process for our core advertising business:

Own prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with brands (e.g. Babylist, Amazon, eBay), media agencies, and healthcare advertisersIdentify key buyers across parenting, CPG, wellness, and healthcare categoriesTranslate our audience’s insights and ad products into compelling proposalsBuild long-term relationships and drive consistent revenue growthCollaborate with product and ad ops teams to ensure high client satisfaction

2. Government Partnerships – ~30% of role
Support our state-level government business development efforts:

Partner with Government Sales Managers to pursue and win state contractsJoin pitch meetings to demonstrate platform value and maternal health impactTailor proposals using case studies, campaign data, and user insightsAct as a subject matter expert on our platform, reach, and engagementHelp position Pregnancy+ as a public health ally in maternal care

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 5 +years’ experience in digital media or mobile ad sales experience, ideally with healthcare, pharma, or parenting/CPG verticals (with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's)Your skills include a deep understanding of media planning and buying, comfortable working with data and insights to build compelling narratives and tailoring pitches and messages to diverse audiences.You have a proven track record in full-cycle sales – from outreach to contract close and are an excellent communicator and natural relationship builderYou have a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Marketing Technology or equivalent.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.You are digitally fluent, with the ability to translate product nuances into clear, impactful stories and answer technical or strategic questions with confidence.  (Familiar with the Medicaid ecosystem, public health systems, or government procurement is desired, not required)Overnight travel approximately 10%-20% per month

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings are composed of base salary + target incentive payouts.  Target Earning potential is $130,000 to $170,000, annually plus bonus.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Stamford, CT.
