The PositionAs a Sales Order Processing Analyst you will execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process, propose process and system improvements and contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the SSC. Your main daily job will be to handle orders coming from pharmacies, hospitals and wholesalers.
The Opportunity:
Performing complete, stringent, and timely financial tasks while supporting daily affiliate operations.
Controlling, validating, and modifying customer orders in OCR/SAP, and blocking orders as required by regional processes.
Identifying and resolving issues, analyzing root causes to prevent recurrence, and making decisions within defined criteria.
Collaborating with the local affiliate's customer service team and ensuring precise administration.
Participating in stakeholder calls, team meetings, and workshops to maintain effective communication.
Proactively fostering team cooperation, assisting colleagues, and handling various cross-functional or cross-geographic tasks as business needs evolve.
Who you are:
University or College Education
1-2 years of related experience desirably in an SSC environment or experience in data entry
Good communication skills
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Proficiency in English and fluent French or German knowledge
