As a Sales Operations & Strategy Manager, you will be focused on enabling the Amazon Fashion sales organization to operate efficiently and achieve ambitious growth targets. You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to scale the business and improve seller engagement. This role requires a strong team player with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
1. Drive Business Insights and Strategy by analyzing key business metrics and trends to identify opportunities, challenges, and actions.
2. Support the preparation and execution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring data accuracy and insightful analysis.
3. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to provide the sales team and leadership with clear visibility into business performance and progress against goals.
4. Develop Scalable Operational Mechanisms and implement scalable processes, tools, and reporting solutions to support the efficient operation of the sales organization and key programs.
5. Perform sophisticated and creative analysis on complex datasets to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
6. Partner effectively with internal teams including Business Intelligence, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Program Management to advocate for the needs of the sales organization and drive impactful solutions.
7. Present complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
8. Develop strategies and operational frameworks to drive the adoption of key Amazon programs, working closely with Account Managers to provide necessary support and guidance.
