Sales Operations Specialist

Summary: Seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to manage order processing and serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers.

Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Operations, or Project Management

Experience with ERP or CRM systems; Salesforce CRM preferred

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)

Experience with Sales Force and Great Plains ERP system

Order processing, customer support, and billing experience

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed knowledge of order process management

Process orders for customers as required

Assist operations with order adjustments as needed

Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.com

Support sales team members with account setup, order processing, billing issues, shipping, escalations, and customer-related assistance

Manage Salesforce CRM changes to records, fields, workflows, validation, reports

Review and maintain contract accuracy including ordering changes to contract and trial conversion

Monitor multiple email inboxes and respond within a timely manner



Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
