As a Sales Operations Specialistyou will be responsible for:

Operational support to the Sales and Commercial teamsWorking with Sales and Commercial teams to drive accuracy of data in the CRM;Designs and delivers regular and ad-hoc reports that give the insight required to manage the business. Supporting  the Sales and Finance functions in maintaining quarterly revenue forecasts. Administrating sales incentives, including setting targets and tracking performance; Working on operational activitiesHelp with strategic account planning  Quality control of Statements of Work and support for Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)

Requirements:

University degree preferably with Business / Finance, Sales or Engineering background2-3 year experience in an Administrative position would be of advantageFluent English both oral and writtenProficient in MS Office programsStrong communication skills and very good team playerOpen to learning and development and flexibility to join a dynamic and fast paced working environmentRegistered with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and holding a disability report with a minimum of 40%, ( it is must )For hybrid roles: applicants should be able to commute to Maslak İstanbul location.
