Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and optimizing sales operations processes, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily sales operations tasks, including data management, pipeline reporting, and lead routing to ensure seamless workflows.
• Maintain and oversee the accuracy, hygiene, and consistency of data within Salesforce and other systems.
• Create and update reports and dashboards on a regular basis to monitor sales metrics and team performance.
• Collaborate with teams across departments, such as Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance, to assist with sales forecasting and territory mapping.
• Facilitate onboarding and training processes for new sales team members by developing and maintaining process documentation and guides.
• Provide troubleshooting support for sales tools, including Outreach, Gong, Clari, and others, to optimize their usage.
• Contribute to sales enablement initiatives by ensuring adherence to established processes and driving efficiency.
• Assist with special projects, including compensation tracking, deal desk support, and territory realignment, as needed.
Requirements • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, with a focus on data management and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms, with a strong understanding of data hygiene and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience in sales forecasting and territory mapping.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Familiarity with sales tech tools such as Outreach, Gong, Clari, and others.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation and training materials.
