Summary: Seeking a Sales Operations Specialist with experience in manufacturing processes and ERP systems to manage order processing and inventory planning.

Requirements:

Experience in account management/customer interfacing Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including order processing, inventory management, and production scheduling Proficiency in data entry Experience with AS400 or similar ERP system Background in manufacturing

Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with current and new customers Assist with product inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction Process sales orders, returns, and replacements Communicate late shipments, shortages, and overages to customers Upload and update parts information into the database Collaborate with team members to support sales efforts and manage the sales cycle from order to fulfillment Perform data entry and ongoing customer support

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
