**Description and Requirements**
Sales Ops Specialist
This Sales Operations position will support Sales Operations and Sales Teams in the North America geography. This is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong data skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with sales operations managers and sales to identify and execute opportunities for book of accounts clean up and alignment
- Interface with WW Sales Ops Teams to ensure proactive identification and prevention of duplication in master account data for NA IDG
- Assist Sales Operations Managers in efforts to streamline and optimize data and reporting across segments and tools
- Ad Hoc data and reporting as required by Sales Operations leadership to drive business outcomes
- Other projects as identified by management, including automation, reporting, segment support, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to partner with peers and management
- Superior communication skills (English) – oral, written and presentation skills with management and peers
- Ability to solve problems and improve processes
- Effective collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment
- Superior skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience working in Qlik and PowerBi would be valuable
