Sales Operations Project Manager

As a Sales Operations Manager for the Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) segment, you’ll be at the heart of driving operational excellence and sales growth across Europe. Working closely with the HWC Europe Sales Operations Leader, you will enable sales teams to thrive, optimize processes, and enhance the overall sales journey. The role has primary responsibility for supporting Sales Operations for WTW’s Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) segment in Europe and will have the following responsibilities:

Partner with the HWC Global Sales Operations Leader and HWC Europe Sales Operations Leader to meet the sales operations needs of the HWC businesses in Europe and to deliver on special projects as needed Work closely with the HWC Europe Sales Operations Leader to provide sales enablement support aligned with HWC Europe’s growth priorities. Coordinate as needed with Business Operations and other team members. Activities are likely to include: Pipeline management Coordination and tracking of sales campaigns Drafting leadership presentations for key commercial forums Help drive adoption of CRM within HWC, supporting businesses as required e.g. training / support, sharing of best practices, improving data integrity Support the adoption of HWC and global Sales Operations initiatives within Europe which aim to improve sales productivity within Sales Operations, for sellers and/or businesses including new tools and processes relating to e.g. sales campaigns, CRM functionality Support the rollout and delivery of global standard processes for HWC in Europe and provide input into future enhancements in areas such as: Account planning – coordinate cross-business planning sessions related to highest growth potential clients, identify actions, and report progressClient Satisfaction – coordinate the net promoter score survey and independent client review interviews Clients at Risk – identify, track, and report revenue at risk scenarios Build and maintain internal relationships with key stakeholders (HWC Europe Business and Sales Leaders, including the HWC Europe Leader). Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to support global consistency of approach for HWC Businesses and to share/leverage best practices. Support the development of junior level colleagues. Represent the Sales Operations practice and WTW with integrity and credibility.

 

You’ll have a keen eye for improvement, constantly seeking opportunities to streamline processes and enhance tools that will benefit the entire sales organization. Your proactive approach will drive innovation and support the broader goals of the business.

•    Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or Project Management role, ideally within a large multinational organization
•    Experience in planning, executing, and supervising projects to meet strategic objectives
•    Degree in Management, Business or a related field is preferred
•    Demonstrated ability to:
o    build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
o    communicate and collaborate effectively across internal teams and stakeholders
o    influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and business outcomes
•    An understanding of sales strategy, account development, sales pipeline management, and go-to-market execution
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools, and in PowerPoint
•    Fluent written and spoken English (C1), and other European languages will be a plus
•    Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
