Parameta Solutions

Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization. This role is responsible for optimizing sales processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, managing key sales tools and systems, supporting territory planning and quota management, and ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-oriented, and experienced in leading high-impact projects that empower sales teams to achieve and exceed their goals.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Sales Tools Management

Administer CRM platforms i.e., Salesforce CPQ, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.

Implement CPQ best practices to streamline quoting, pricing, and approval workflows.
Collaborate with Salesforce development teams to enhance the lead-to-cash process and automate key workflows.

Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve productivity and forecasting accuracy.

Collaborate with Sales and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and user adoption of sales tools.

Sales Process Optimization

Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable sales processes and workflows.

Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity to identify areas of improvement.

Present regular performance reviews to leadership and recommend actions based on data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, FP&A, Billing, and Client Success to ensure alignment on goals and processes.

Coordinate sales enablement initiatives including onboarding, training, and resource development.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of Sales Operations Analysts or Specialists.

Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.

Prepare team members to become subject matter experts.

Support for Planning & Forecasting

Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams to support annual planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Provide data-driven insights and reporting to aid in strategic decision-making.

Assist in territory mapping and quota modelling as needed.

Experience / Competences

Essential

Minimum Bachelor's degree is required.

Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ and CRM administration, must understand salesforce architecture and best practices.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.

Understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.

Experience in managing or mentoring a team.

Desired

Extensive years of experience in a sales operations & leadership roles.

Salesforce Admin certification(s)

Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Experience working in financial services or data analytics industry.

MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
