Reporting to the Northern Europe region Sales & Commercial Executive Director, the role is responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives and provide sales operations data and analytics for use across other functions in the business including finance, engineering, sourcing and project management.

Roles and Responsibilities

Salesforce effectiveness and productivity analysis through utilization of Salesforce CRM platform and tools.Lead for commercial planning and forecasting. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).Leads preparation of commercial data analytics to support monthly and quarterly reviews at local regional P&L and HQ level.Provide weekly updates and review on Commercial KPIs to Sales & Commercial Director and Services Sales DirectorMonitor and measure sales revenue profiles for service & equipment, accountability for driving actions with other business and functional teams to ensure forecasting is aligned to engineering, supply chain and parts leadtimes.Provides monthly order forecasting information from Salesforce CRM platform in Excel and other tools / formats as required to feed into other local / global planning tools for Engineering and Manufacturing workload planningManage the Channel Partner approval process including renewals as required.This role is an individual contributor as part of the wider commercial team, however it requires strong interpersonal skills and requires strong collaboration with other commercial team leaders, sales managers and other functions within the organization including finance, engineering, sourcing and project management .Participate in Lean including active contribution to Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement in the business this may include leading small projects with low risks and resource requirements.Handle confidential information on financial and sales / service account manager incentive compensation planning and associated reviews.

Required Qualifications

Experience in Sales Operations.Experienced in use of Salesforce CRM tool including creation of reports and dashboardsStrong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, time management (working with deadlines) communication & presentation skillsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a college diploma with relevant experience)
