Sales Operations Lead, AWS Solutions, Just Walk Out
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Lead to join the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization supporting Just Walk Out. The role will partner closely with the Just Walk Out GTM leadership team to provide data informed insights to help guide the business. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem, including enhancement prioritization, and cross-functional integration with other business systems. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to annual planning, XBR prep, goal and KPI creation tracking.

Key job responsibilities
Salesforce Platform Management
* Own end-to-end management of Salesforce instance
* Lead and direct contract employees in executing platform changes
* Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance
* Develop and maintain documentation for processes and configurations
* Identifying and executing data synchronization between Salesforce and other Amazon systems

Business Requirements & Project Management
* Partner with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements
* Evaluate and prioritize change requests based on business impact
* Create and maintain project roadmaps
* Manage resource allocation and timelines

Analytics & Reporting
* Present weekly business reviews to leadership, including reporting on performance to goals
* Develop and deliver pipeline analysis and forecasting
* Identify and communicate potential risks and mitigation strategies
* Create data-driven narratives to support decision-making

Team Leadership
* Manage and mentor contract employees
* Establish KPIs and performance metrics
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Foster collaboration between technical and business teams



A day in the life
It's Monday - time for the weekly business review. You lead the room (Directors and VPs) through the go-to-market updates. Many positives to celebreate, but also some areas for improvement. The debate robust, but you try to stay ready with data backed responses. The meeting ends with an ask for new insights which you brainstorm on your way to your team meeting to run through the weekly sprint priorities. You review requests from product, tech, and your own GTM stakeholders who are looking for more granular insights to help inform resource allocation and focus. Not all data is readily available today, but you see a path to bridge sources together to report on what is needed. In the process you identify a new solution that can dramatically help solve a lingering problem. You know you'll need to put together a business case, secure the funding, execute the agreement, and most importantly bring the idea to life. Another day as the Sales Operations Lead for Just Walk Out.

The Go to Market team is responsible for all customer facing aspects involved in selling the Just Walk Out service to customers.
