Are you curious about what it takes to build a world-class sales team from the ground up? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to help us design the engine that powers our rapidly growing field sales team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategy, process design, and data analysis while making a real impact on our business success.

What you'll be doing

As a key member of the team, you will focus on improving how we hire, onboard, and ramp up our new sales talent. You will be at the heart of our growth strategy, ensuring we have the processes and systems in place to scale effectively.

Analyze and Improve the Hiring Funnel: You'll dive into our recruitment data to understand how we attract candidates, identify where they drop off in the process, and work with our recruiting team to make our hiring pipeline stronger. Map the Onboarding Journey: You will map the entire experience for a new salesperson, from the day they accept their offer to the day they are fully productive, identifying inefficiencies and proposing ways to help them succeed faster. Build and Maintain Our Playbook: You’ll become a process expert by creating and maintaining clear documentation for our hiring and onboarding workflows, ensuring everyone is aligned. Launch New Tools and Dashboards: You will assist in rolling out new tools to support our sales team and help build reporting dashboards to track key metrics like hiring health and time-to-productivity. You'll be great for this role if... You're a natural problem-solver: You enjoy looking at a messy process and finding ways to make it simpler, faster, and more efficient. You have a demonstrated interest in process improvement. You're organized and love a good plan: You have some exposure to project management, whether through university projects, a past internship, or extracurricular activities. You're a strong communicator: You can express your ideas clearly in writing and in person and are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different teams You have a 'get it done' attitude: You are proactive, reliable, and have a bias for action. You are comfortable with change and can manage several initiatives at once. You're curious about sales and data: You have an interest in sales processes and are not afraid to look at data to find trends and answers. Bonus points if you have any familiarity with Salesforce or data analysis.
