**A Day in the Life**
This internship supports the sales and commercial teams across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The main focus is making sure products are delivered where they’re needed, on time and in the right amounts. The role helps improve how things work behind the scenes—making operations smoother and helping the company grow its business in the region.
You’ll work with different teams to make sure everyone is aligned and working toward the same goals. By helping teams communicate and coordinate better, this role plays an important part in increasing sales and making a bigger impact in the market.
What You’ll Learn and Experience:
This is a great opportunity to learn how a large global healthcare company operates. You’ll work closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, and get to see how different parts of the business connect and collaborate.
You’ll build skills in:
· Project management – planning and organizing tasks and timelines
· Problem-solving – finding smart solutions to challenges
· Teamwork – working with people from different departments and backgrounds
You’ll also learn how to navigate complex systems and processes, and how decisions are made in a big organization. It’s a hands-on experience that gives you a broad view of how global companies work—and how your role can make a real difference.
**Internship details:**
· Start date: November
· Duration: 6 months with the possibility to extend for another 6 months
· Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday periods)
· Working model: Hybrid
· Location: Zagreb
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
· Support the Marketing team within the allocation process for products on supply constraint
· Act as a central point of contact for allocation inquiries, tender tracking, and weekly updates, while fostering collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain and other teams
· Assist in ensuring efficient product allocation, prioritize business-critical orders, and align priorities across cross-functional teams to enable timely delivery and drive revenue growth
**Required knowledge:**
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
· Strong command of English, both written and spoken
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data
· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
· Effective written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
**Would be a plus:**
· Experience with Power BI, SAP and PowerPoint
· Background in supply chain or customer care
