The Sales Operations Data Analyst role will be responsible for supporting the India Sales Operations Manager and enabling the movements of CRM Accounts, Sales Quota Carrier Territories, and Sales Reporting functions within the ESI Sales organization at ADP.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & Insights
Perform data analytics to pro-actively develop insights about the business and report to the various levels of leadership Leverage advanced analytical skills to identify correlations between diverse data streams that provide strategic direction to company initiatives Proactively maintain, manage, communicate, and update Sales Accounts and Territories using CRM system (Salesforce.com) and Territory Management - Batch Upload account assignments using DataLoader Sales Tool admin -- You will manage all user access and change request for the sales tools used Build and manage standardized Sales reporting, forecasting, analysis, and communications to support sales leaders among varying business units - Assist with preparing the Sales forecast reports on a weekly/monthly basis Analyzes business needs, sourcing of data and streamlining reporting processes for efficient production Performs adhoc sales analysis, manages quick turnaround times Data cleansing initiatives to reduce duplicates and erroneous information in CRM Align territories and accounts in response to market and personnel changes Provide highly engaged, client focused and Just-in-Time support for Sales partners in APAC -- Reporting and Event Organization Identify and provide recommendations on how to improve the workflow required in performing compliance activities and audits Responsible for collecting and updating the clients' and/or potential clients' information, related documents filing, etc.; Collect and allocate sales leads and accounts by sales policy; Communicate with Sales Team, arrange sales documents (sales contracts, client profile, etc) for smooth process according to company's related regulationsCross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a key liaison between regional commercial teams and global counterparts for data consistency, forecasting methodology, and reporting standards. Partner with IT, Business Intelligence, and Finance to align data sources, tools, and business needs.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing Analytics BS/BA Degree (or equivalent): Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics or related field is preferred Prior Knowledge of SFDC and/or other CRM platforms a plus Prior working knowledge of data aggregation and querying a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ease of interacting with cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills both verbal and written Superb organization skills Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment Ability to strive in a fast-paced evolving sales environment Ability to handle confidential matters
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and/or Tableau; Python or R a plus. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and business units.
