We are looking for Sales Operations Business Analyst!

Are you ready to take on this strategic and operational leadership role embedded within the SSG (Services & Solutions Group) supporting GTP sales teams across ROW? The position is not a support function but a leadership role responsible for driving sales execution, aligning market behavior with global strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be reporting to our SSG Operations Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage business governance and KPIs: oversee daily operations, track sales KPIs, and lead pipeline reviews, forecasts, and cadence planning.Align sales execution with strategy: ensure GEO/WW go-to-market alignment, manage quotas and territories, and validate I&C results.Collaborate across teams: work with ROW, GA, and ISO GTP teams to integrate KPIs, BMS, and sales processes.Lead operational deliverables – own and update MBR decks, govern market blueprints, and support transformation initiatives.Serve as SME for sales operations: ensure cohesive processes across GEOs and provide end-to-end operational expertise.Drive projects and programs: lead GEO-level initiatives, support global programs, and partner with BI teams on requirements and project management.
Requirements:3-5 years of experience in data analytics and sales operationsExperience with Excel & PowerPoint is mustPower BI, Codata, SQL or any kind of advanced data analytical things is a plusAbility to work with databases it would be okayExcellent written and verbal communication in English language.
