Sales Operations Associate

(Maternity Leave Coverage)

 

 

Position: In this role, you will be responsible for trade digital business data processing, sales operations analysis, and database maintenance. You will support digital initiatives, monitor digital applications, and collaborate closely with field sales supervisors for content updates and functionalities monitoring. Responsibilities also include user account management in trade digital applications. Additionally, you will work with local colleagues to create business dashboards and analyses, ensuring reliable outputs (e.g., visualizations, pivot tables, charts) to aid decision-making. This includes:

 

Digital platforms development and administration: system implementation, maintenance, data warehouse design, and technical infrastructure optimization. Digital Solutions / Tools: Support deployment and maintenance of new and existing trade digital solutions. Monitor and adopt new Connexus features introduced at the global JTI level. Align solutions between agencies and present them to the Trade Activation team. Monitor and deploy new Connexus features introduced at the global JTI level. Seek innovative digital solutions to stay ahead of competition at POS. Report creation and maintenance: Responsibility for reports and dashboards creation. New requirements gathering and implementation. Back office and field force users' trainings. B2B Connexus Administration: Manage the B2B trade portal, including user and account setup, promotion campaign evaluations, loyalty points tracking, and prize reporting. Collaborate daily with trade digital tools teams to ensure smooth operations. Prepare briefings and reports on content formats and ensure the timely upload of materials to the Connexus platform. Sales Database Supervision: Ensure alignment and synchronization of Sales, TME, TRAX, and Connexus databases. Gather and implement data change requests as needed

 

Requirements:

 

College or university degree. 1-2 years of experience as an associate in a related field. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Project Management tools. Familiarity with Power BI, Google Analytics, and back-end website administration is considered an advantage.
