Sales Operations Analyst (Maternity Leave Cover)

AWS is seeking a talented Sales Operations Analyst (Maternity Leave Cover) to join the growing, fast-paced Israel Sales Strategy and Operations team. This role will be responsible for supporting the operations and rhythm of the business activities, working with Sales managers as well as Sales Strategy & Operations leaders, managing planning which include territory definitions, quota and account movements, and providing reporting and insights. The role is operational in nature and require a person willing to "role up their sleeves" to solve revenue routing issues and re-route accounts to the right owner. Work with AWS business leaders to define and answer key business questions, then work backwards to deliver meaningful insights to streamline the decision making process. The successful candidate will be a fast learner, proactive, detailed, structured and motivated person with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement new solutions. You should be passionate about creating simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems while setting high standards. Your deep operational and analytical skills, and focus on our core operational inputs will make you a critical partner to sales and sales operations leaders as you help them prioritize initiatives, identify gaps in process and performance, and remove barriers to execution. Key job responsibilities * Manage key sales support systems and processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives * Partner closely with the Sales Operations Leads to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them * Oversee the sales CRM System and manage territory, account, revenue flow, and quota for the sales teams * Develop relationships and work with sales, regional sales operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases * Operate as the local focal point for the company's account management roles (including revenue routing, segmentation, exceptions, etc.) * Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed * Create metrics, processes and mechanisms * Own the quantitative performance analysis of our sales team, to improve Sales Excellence and productivity About the team Diverse Experiences Amazon values diverse experiences. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent - Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Hebrew.
