Sales Operations Analyst - APM (Becton Dickinson-BD))

​1. Order tracking

Keep track on sales entry vs sales target

Follow up on sales processing delay (ePAC, price, supply)

Support on communication between CS and multiple internal functional areas

 2. Commercial Effectiveness

Support on communication between CS and multiple internal functional areas

 3. Sales Contract Management

Rental, H360 and commercial contract management

Communicate expiration dates to Sales Rep

Keep shared folder updated with the latest version of contract templates

Keep shared folder updates with the signed version of the contracts

Marginal Job Functions

- Independently manage timelines and effectively work to meet established project timelines

- Communicate project process or timing barriers/challenges to managers

- Customer visits

- Training

What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health sciences, 3 years of previous analytical knowledge including, spreadsheets, database management systems. Project Management is desired.
 

What else will help you:
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis
• Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of analytics and sales strategies
• Good knowledge of business acumen
• Good understanding of relational databases
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Work is performed independently on sections of projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
