OverviewThe Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the growth and efficiency of our infusion pharmacy sales organization. This position is responsible for analyzing sales performance data, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights that enable our sales team to deliver exceptional results. By ensuring operational alignment between sales, marketing, clinical, and finance teams, the Sales Operations Analyst helps drive strategic decision-making and supports revenue growth.
This is a REMOTE Opportunity with national travel.

We are looking for an Analyst with 2+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or similar role in the healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare services preferred.

Responsibilities Collects, analyzes, and interprets sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvementCreates, maintains, and enhances dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into sales performance, referral volumes, and territory growthPartners with sales leadership to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies, account targeting, and best practicesAssists with territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and strategic alignmentEvaluates and refines sales tools, workflows, and operational processes to increase productivity and efficiencyIdentifies and implement process improvements that streamline communication between sales, marketing, and clinical operationsDevelops training materials, SOPs, and user guides for sales systems and toolsConducts onboarding and ongoing training sessions for sales representatives to ensure effective tool usage and adherence to processesConducts market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in key therapeutic areas and geographic regionsProvides insights that support territory expansion, referral source targeting, and product/service positioningWorks closely with marketing, finance, product management, and clinical leadership to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with organizational prioritiesSupports data requests and analysis for business reviews, strategic planning, and performance assessmentsSupervisory Responsibility: No Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field.2+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or similar role (healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred).Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Trella) and business intelligence tools.Experience in infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare services preferredFamiliarity with referral workflows, payer authorization processes, and territory management in a healthcare sales environment preferredStrong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to data integrity.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.Percentage of Travel: 0-25%
**To perform this position will require frequently sitting, standing, walking and typing on a keyboard with fingers and occasionally bending, reaching and climbing (stairs/ladders). The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 1-10 lbs**
