Sales Operations Analyst
Our Company Adoration Home Health and Hospice Overview The Sales Operations Analyst will support sales efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth. This position will play a key role in streamlining sales operations and ensuring alignment between sales and other departments. Responsibilities + Analyzes sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement + Collaborates with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and best practices + Creates and maintains sales dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales performance + Supports the sales team with tools and processes to increase productivity and efficiency + Assists in forecasting sales and managing sales pipeline data to ensure accuracy + Conducts market research to support competitive analysis and identify new sales opportunities + Develops training materials and conduct training sessions for sales staff on tools and processes + Works closely with marketing, finance and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives + Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance overall sales operations + Supervisory Responsibility: No Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. + Experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a similar role. + Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Trella) and sales enablement tools. + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, HCHB analytics) + Must be able to build custom reports and design custom dashboards in HCHB Analytics and Power BI. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. + Details- oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity. + Percentage of Travel: 0-25% **To perform this position will require frequently sitting, and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally standing, walking and climbing (stairs/ladders).
