Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Analyst with a deep understanding of finance records, forecasting cycles, and report building. This role demands proficiency in PowerBI, Salesforce, and o9 to effectively manage and update incentive plans, support forecast cycles, and provide analytics that enhance commercial leadership's understanding of sales performance.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and update incentive plans.Support forecast cycles with analytics.Provide commercial leadership with insights into sales performance.Manage and validate master data for Commercial team segmentation.Essential SkillsProficiency in PowerBI, Salesforce, and o9.Experience in data analytics and master data management.Strong understanding of sales performance analytics.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in report generation and forecasting.Experience in finance records analysis.Work Environment
This position is based in a corporate headquarters office located in Lithia. The role requires on-site presence for two days a week in a professional corporate setting, offering a collaborative atmosphere with opportunities to engage with a Fortune 500 company.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.33 - $23.33/hr.
