As a Sales Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team with a focus on key administrative tasks across the full Order-to-Cash process. You will play a vital role in streamlining and facilitating sales support functions, including contract processing through DocuSign, coordination of paperwork with channel partners, and cash closeout activities with Windsor. This role ensures the sales team is fully supported in all administrative aspects of the sales cycle so they can focus on revenue-generating activities.
This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).
What You'll Do Support the sales team by managing and coordinating administrative tasks throughout the Order-to-Cash processFacilitate contract workflows using DocuSign and ensure timely completion of documentationManage required paperwork and communication with channel partners to ensure alignment and accuracyAssist with internal processes related to cash closeout in collaboration with WindsorMaintain accurate and timely records of customer information, contracts, and sales documentation using EBSCO’s tools and systemsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to support customized product offerings and pricing setupCollaborate with sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction teams to ensure seamless support across departmentsManage the entry of channel partner sales orders and ensure accuracy by resolving questions or discrepancies through proactive communication and cross-functional collaborationUse internal systems and platforms effectively to track progress and ensure data integrityStay informed on internal process changes and provide feedback for continuous improvement in sales operationsYour Team
You will be welcomed as a key member of the Sales Operations team and work closely with about 25 Medical Sales team members as well as the broader Sales and Marketing departments. You will also interact with our channel partners.
