Sales Operational Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Operations Manager to enhance operational performance and support business growth across all sales functions. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities and a solid understanding of industrial market dynamics. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can effectively coordinate between HQ, sales teams, and clients to ensure the seamless execution of commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and optimize sales operations across multiple teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment with overall business goals. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen market approach and accelerate revenue growth. Serve as a key link between HQ, sales teams, and customers to facilitate smooth communication and execution of projects. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support informed decision-making. Monitor, assess, and refine KPIs, ensuring they remain relevant to the business context. Review and enhance sales incentive structures and procedures to maximize team performance. Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to boost business effectiveness. Mentor and support sales teams, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment. Oversee key sales metrics and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or coordination, ideally within the industrial sector. Strong leadership and management skills, with proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams. Demonstrated strategic thinking and solid business acumen. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing diverse stakeholders. Proven analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into effective strategies.
