Key Responsibilities:

Familiar with calendar and event managementSchedule and facilitate meetings, document action items, follow-up open itemsProvide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining customer records, and managing documentation.Collaborate closely with frontline sales to assist with customer inquiries, and pricing information.Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making for sales strategies.Assist in the coordination of sales meetings and presentations, ensuring all materials are prepared and available.Facilitate communication between sales, BU, LOP, and other enabling functions to ensure timely delivery of products.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

 

 

职位要求

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; project management knowledge or certification preferred.Experience in business operations or project support, with basic exposure to BI tools and data reporting.Strong coordination and follow-up skills to support cross-functional initiatives.Good analytical and reporting capabilities.Strong communication skills and service mindset.Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
