About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, energetic Sales Opener to join our in‑office team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking support with tax-related challenges. You’ll engage with potential clients, gather key information, and help set them up for a successful consultation with a specialist. This role offers a clear pathway to grow into a full sales position with increased earning potential and higher commissions. You'll be part of a supportive team that values development and performance.
Key Responsibilities
+ Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential clients in need of tax relief services
+ Build rapport and gather preliminary information for tax consultations
+ Follow up on warm leads and track all communication accurately
+ Meet daily/weekly performance goals
+ Maintain professionalism while adhering to company policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
+ 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (entry‑level applicants welcome)
+ Background in tax or financial services is a plus
+ Strong communication skills and comfort with phone‑based outreach
+ Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance metrics
Compensation:
+ Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour, paid bi‑weekly
+ Bonuses: $10 per qualified transfer; $40 per transfer from older leads
Additional Details:
+ Onsite in Costa Mesa - Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
