Office Manager

EF International Language Campuses is looking for an entrepreneurial, sales and marketing driven Office Manager in Polanco taking the regional presence to the next level!

As leader of the region, your top priority will be to drive sales and grow market share through telemarketing and personal consultations. In addition, you will lead Marketing activities and the development of your region with a special focus in schools and university partnerships. You have the full ownership of your Sales region, but you operate in a truly international environment among a dynamic team. 

As part of the management team, you will play a key role in defining the success of the country.

Your main responsibilities are:

 Sales

Drive sales of our education programsSales management including target setting, daily pipeline follow-upDevelop, execute, and meet short and long-term sales goalsUnderstand and beat previous year’s sales targets

 Marketing

Execution of off and online campaigns and large events in the region e.g., student fairs and competitionsBusiness development with companies, schools, and universitiesClosely monitor changes in the market and competition and always be 5 steps ahead

 

 Operations

Drive customer relationship management and retention programCrisis management and complaint handlingCooperation with our production units across the world

Qualifications:

Detailed insider knowledge of the regionMinimum 3 years of direct sales experience for a fast-paced growth company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector or leading companyA bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business administration, hospitality industry or a related disciplineExperience desired in lead generation and execution of marketing plans Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English
