**Additional Information** **Job Number** 25116887 **Job Category** Sales & Marketing **Location** Madrid Regional Office, Paseo del Club Deportivo 1 Ed. 17, Madrid, Madrid, Spain, 28223VIEW ON MAP (https://www.google.com/maps?q=Madrid%20Regional%20Office%2C%20Paseo%20del%20Club%20Deportivo%201%20Ed.%2017%2C%20Madrid%2C%20Madrid%2C%20Spain%2C%2028223) **Schedule** Full Time **Located Remotely?** N **Position Type** Management **Position Summary** The Sales Executive position provides dedicated support to the Global Sales Team in Spain & Portugal with their account strategies to help achieve operating budgets and revenue/room night targets. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Account Management Support** + Support operating budgets and revenue/room night targets to support the account/team plans. + Assist Directors and Managers on accounts to execute business and account strategies through specific activities or projects. + Support accounts during pricing: + Producing reports, completing templates, and creating presentations for all segments. + Assisting in hotel pricing negotiations. + Following up with hotels for rates. + Assist Directors and Managers with Global Sales Agencies and Preferred Partners annual contracts. + Support Spain Intermediary Sales Manager(s) with their accounts and activities. + Manage Global Marketing Funds allocations. + Manage Hotel Excellence Marketing Allocations. + Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors related to marketing funds payments, delivering accurate and timely service between vendors and Marriott. + Maintain strong liaison and communication with the Intermediary Partner Program and services based in Washington DC. **Group Opportunities & Business Management** + Merchandise all group opportunities using the relevant Marriott platforms. + Create tailored presentations for accounts using MRDW and other Marriott data sources. + Effectively use and maintain internal systems. + Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, corporate staff, and hotel colleagues. **Reporting** + Manage updates for Spanish Global Sales Portfolio. + Compile pricing and account reports. + Generate Contribution Tool Reports. + Maintain and update Corporate Game Plan (Calendar of Events). + Produce MRDW and SFA reports. **Meetings, Events, and Hospitality Management** + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, hotels, and colleagues for all client and corporate hospitality events. + Responsible for the invitation process and overseeing all arrangements. + Assist in client roadshows and arrangements for familiarisation trips. + Organise regular team meetings. **General** + Perform other related tasks assigned by management. + Comply with Marriott International London Regional Office policies and procedures. **Candidate Profile** **Skills and Knowledge** + Ability to work as part of a team. + Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) in both English and Spanish. + Highly motivated, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple projects. + Delivers on commitments to customers, supervisors, and peers. + High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership. + Goal-focused and works well under pressure. + Flexible and adaptable. + Good IT knowledge – ability to use standard software applications like MS Office. + Sales and customer service-oriented. + Knowledge of Marriott SFA and MRDW systems is an advantage. + Additional languages and qualifications are an advantage but not essential. + Acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge. + Ability to learn and improve business knowledge. **Why Join Marriott International?** At Marriott, you’ll find a place where your talents are recognized, and your contributions make a difference.
