This role will see you working with fast-growing organisations to identify, attract and place commercial, marketing and business development talent.

Your role will include:

Developing client relationships Sourcing and qualifying sales and marketing professionals Managing recruitment campaigns from brief to offer Building a specialist commercial desk

What we are looking for:

Background in sales, marketing or commercial recruitment, or hands-on experience in a commercial role

Strong persuasion, negotiation and communication skills A results-driven, energetic mindset Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
