Sales Marketing
· Develop and execute the annual Sales Marketing plan specifically for Casa Boho to drive revenue and brand awareness
· Take full ownership of the restaurant's revenue targets, focusing on daily covers, average checks, and event sales
Position Casa Boho as Phuket’s leading Latin American dining and lifestyle destination through creative storytelling and premium experiences· Conduct regular competitive analysis of Phuket’s beach clubs and restaurants to stay ahead in pricing, trends, and concepts
· Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Director of FB Operations and General Manager
Social Media Management :
Working in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager, createscompelling social media content calendarsforchannels such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Wechat, Weibo, Twitter and so on. Gainsapproval, schedules and publishesResponsible for monitoring of all social media channel comments, messages, tagged posts etc and for producing the monthly performance report using approved analytics tools within mutually agreed deadlines.ContentManagement:

Photography / Videography:

Hotel Advertising and Collateral:
In partnership with the Marketing Communications Executive and Assistant Marketing Communications Manager, uses written and presentation skills to assist with the creation of a wide range of resort collateral, communications and promotional materialsEnsures all hotel advertising and collateral are of consistent high standards, and that they comply with Hyatt International’s brand standards. Working in partnership with the Director of Marketing Communications, is responsible for creating compelling press release content and distribution to key markets in multiple languages

Assists with establishing annual marketing communications budgets, including above the line advertising, public relations, sales promotions and publicity that will form part of the hotel’s business plan
Maintains complete records of all media and purchase agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel and keeps up to date records of marketing expenditures, future commitments and remaining budget for the yearAssists in managing costs based on key performance indicators
Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
Is aware of community, business, political and social factors that may affect the hotel’s financial performance.Operational:
