We’re looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager in the technology and digital marketing industry.
Our client is a growing organization specializing in SEO and cloud-based solutions, including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and hosting services. They are committed to delivering innovative digital strategies and tailored solutions to clients worldwide. The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for driving international sales growth while supporting marketing initiatives to expand the company’s global presence.
Sales and Marketing Manager responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to expand business in international markets Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for SEO and cloud solutions Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to potential clients Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed revenue targets Build and maintain long-term relationships with global partners, distributors, and clients Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery Coordinate with the marketing team on client inquiries and project requirements related to SEO and digital services Assist in the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms Represent the company in business meetings, networking events, and trade shows internationally Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market performanceThe successful candidate has:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology, cloud, or digital marketing Bilingual proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English (verbal and written) Proven track record in achieving international sales targets Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and cloud-based solutions Willingness to travel for business as neededCompensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $50,000 – $60,000 annually, plus commission Incentives that are performance-based, variable, and dependent on actual results, rather than projecting a fixed OTE range (e.g., $80K–$100K) Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Opportunities for professional growth and international exposureCandidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
