Job Description:
Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales and exceed targets across the Ormco portfolio within assigned territory.Manage key customer accounts, focusing on acquisition, retention, and expansion.Build and maintain strong relationships with Ormco, dental professionals, and clinical teams.Conduct regular customer visits to provide education, gather feedback, and support clinical integration.Analyze market potential, develop territory action plans, and execute strategic sales initiatives.Deliver timely and accurate quotes, pricing, and product information.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to grow market share.Marketing Leadership
Execute regional marketing strategies, supporting product launches, promotions, and campaigns.Localize and deploy global brand plans and digital initiatives tailored to market needs.Organize and lead events, clinical education programs, and promotional activities.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for marketing innovation.Develop segmentation and lifecycle marketing programs to improve customer engagement and loyalty.Lead referral program initiatives to increase adoption and brand presence.Account Management & CRM
Maintain updated customer profiles, sales pipelines, and activities in CRM.Track and report on performance metrics, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives.Coordinate closely with customer service, logistics, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.Clinical & Technical ExpertiseUnderstand and articulate the clinical value and technical benefits of Ormco products.Support customers through the entire product adoption journey—from trial to routine use.Provide feedback to internal stakeholders to improve product offerings and services.Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; we will consider 5+ years sales/marketing experience5+ years of direct sales/marketing experience, which includes a successful track record in customer relationship, account managementProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plusValid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Dental, orthodontic sales or medical device sales/marketing experience preferred.Proven selling, customer relationship and territory management skills with the ability to navigate a sales process, maintaining existing relationships, and building in-roads into new/competitive accountsAbility to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business and territory planningProven effective verbal, computer, written and presentation/communication skills.Demonstrated ability of critical and agile thinking.Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgably engage customers, preferred.Professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal stakeholders.Strong emotional intelligence.Self-starter, self-motivator.Driven by professional ownership of their franchise and its success.Ability to quickly adapt and respond to job, environmental, and industry changes.TRAVEL/LOCATION:
