We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing activities of the resort, targeting key markets with a focus on Russian and/or German-speaking clientele. This role will assist in driving revenue, managing relationships, and representing the brand’s values and service culture.
\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
\n\n\nActively handle correspondence, inquiries, and bookings from Russian and/or German-speaking guests, agencies, and partners.
\n\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with key travel trade partners, tour operators, and corporate accounts within assigned markets.
\n\n\nSupport the coordination and participation in trade shows, sales missions, and promotional events targeting Russian and/or German markets.
\n\n\nManage content translations and ensure marketing materials, offers, and collateral are accurately localized.
\n\n\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular feedback and insights to the Sales & Marketing team.
\n\n\nAssist with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and marketing analytics.
\n\n\nHandle guest and partner inquiries promptly and professionally in alignment with Waldorf Astoria brand standards.
\n\n\nSupport digital and social media initiatives for Russian and/or German markets.
\n\n\nCollaborate closely with all resort departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and effective delivery of promotions.
\n\nRequirements:\n\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or guest-facing roles within luxury hospitality.
\n\n\nFluency in Russian and/or German, with excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
\n\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
\n\n\nWell-organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
\n\n\nExperience working with international clientele and an understanding of cultural sensitivities.
\n\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
\n\n\nWillingness to be based on Platte Island, Seychelles, with the flexibility to travel for sales trips when required.
