Sales & Marketing Executivee
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island\. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing activities of the resort, targeting key markets with a focus on Russian and/or German\-speaking clientele\. This role will assist in driving revenue, managing relationships, and representing the brand’s values and service culture\. ### **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue\. + Actively handle correspondence, inquiries, and bookings from Russian and/or German\-speaking guests, agencies, and partners\. + Build and maintain relationships with key travel trade partners, tour operators, and corporate accounts within assigned markets\. + Support the coordination and participation in trade shows, sales missions, and promotional events targeting Russian and/or German markets\. + Manage content translations and ensure marketing materials, offers, and collateral are accurately localized\. + Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular feedback and insights to the Sales & Marketing team\. + Assist with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and marketing analytics\. + Handle guest and partner inquiries promptly and professionally in alignment with Waldorf Astoria brand standards\. + Support digital and social media initiatives for Russian and/or German markets\. + Collaborate closely with all resort departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and effective delivery of promotions\. ### **Requirements:** + Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or guest\-facing roles within luxury hospitality\. + Fluency in **Russian and/or German** , with excellent English communication skills \(both written and verbal\)\. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture professional relationships\. + Well\-organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast\-paced environment\. + Experience working with international clientele and an understanding of cultural sensitivities\. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage\. + Willingness to be based on Platte Island, Seychelles, with the flexibility to travel for sales trips when required\. ### **Why Join Us?** + Be part of an iconic luxury brand in a unique and pristine island setting\. + Opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment\. + Competitive package, accommodation, meals, and other benefits provided\. + Career growth opportunities within Hilton’s global network\. **Job:** _Sales_ **Title:** _Sales & Marketing Executivee_ **Location:** _null_ **Requisition ID:** _HOT0BONL_ **EOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans**
