Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Description The Sales and Marketing Coordinator provides essential administrative and organizational support to the sales, marketing, and estimating functions within the organization. The role serves as a liaison between these teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts. This role focuses on CRM administration, trade show coordination, supporting marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth, and participating in the Front Desk Reception rotation. Responsibilities: (What should be accomplished) • Sales & Estimating Support • CRM Administrator • Marketing Support • Trade Show & Event Coordination • CMMC Upkeep Coordination (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) • Front Desk Reception Duties (Rotation) Principle Duties: (Tasks) • Sales and Estimating Support Facilitation • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System Administration • Marketing Campaign Coordination and Content Development • Trade Show Planning and Lead Generation Management • Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Maintenance • Interdepartmental and External Vendor/Subcontractor Communication Facilitation (including obtaining quotes from subcontractors) • Skills: • Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM) • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms) • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and digital marketing tools • Basic understanding of website content management systems • Experience with project management software • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and visitor management software • Ability to work with quote management and proposal software • Working knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) is a plus • Personal Attributes: o Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through abilities o Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team o Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively o Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment o Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills o Professional appearance and demeanor for front desk duties o Friendly, welcoming attitude when representing the company at reception o Negotiation skills for working with suppliers and vendors o Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual presentation Requirements Post-Sales Support, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, Order Entry, CRM, Administrative Assistance, Administrative Office TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
