Troon manages over 900 world-class golf properties across the globe. We're seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to help produce results for our Northeast region portfolio. You'll work closely with golf course General Managers (GM’s) and the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing (SDSM) to bring campaigns to life through social, digital, print, and more.
You’ll serve as the day-to-day marketing account manager for the Northeast portfolio of Troon-managed courses, executing strategies that increase revenue, increase brand visibility, and improve guest experience.
Essential Job Functions:
Marketing Execution & Campaign Management
Develop and implement digital and traditional campaigns (email, social, web, print, signage). Serve as the main point of contact between course GMs and Troon's internal design team. Coordinate web content updates, email campaigns, and social media calendars. Track campaign performance and pivot tactics based on data insights.Project & Client Coordination
Maintain job lists, marketing calendars, and timelines for each property. Collaborate via project management tools (WRIKE) and direct communication (email, calls). Present campaign ideas to internal stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of assets. Manage promotional material creation, vendor relationships, and production logistics.Strategic Planning & Brand Stewardship
Participate in the annual marketing planning process with GMs and the SDSM. Offer new campaign concepts, research emerging tools, and identify best practices. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral and digital channels.Required Qualifications:
1–3 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or communications. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Ability to manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, WIX, Brightspot or similar). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:
Experience supporting visual content creation, including working with design tools or collaborating with creative teams to produce marketing collateral, digital assets, and branded materials Understanding of the golf or hospitality industry. Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact). Knowledge of paid media strategy (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus.Perks & Benefits:
