About the Role
[포지션 요약]GA Agent와의 Direct Communication 활성화(카카오톡 플러스 채널, 이벤트 등)를 통해 세일즈 증대 및 필드와의 우호적 관계 룰 형성하고, 대면 채널의 성장에 기여
[담당 업무]
1. 다이렉트 커뮤니케이션 채널 운영 및 활성화
- 카카오톡 친구채널 가입자 수 증대
- 정기적 Sales Material, 주요 영업 이슈에 대한 추가 Sales Material 발송
- 채널 활성화를 위한 이벤트 진행
2. 세일즈 활성화 이벤트 진행
- 신상품 및 주요 상품 개정에 따른 홍보 이벤트 진행
- 모바일 플랫폼 런칭, 판매 지원 개선 등 세일즈 개선 사항을 필드에 빠르게 전파하기 위한 홍보 이벤트 진행
- 기타 대면채널의 KPI 달성 및 주요 전략 목표 달성을 위한 이벤트 진행 (ex. 모바일 청약 이벤트, 주말 청약 이벤트 등)
3. 소식지 및 Sales Material 제작_팀 내 상품마케팅 담당자와 협업
- 매월 소식지 제작
- 신상품 출시 및 주요 상품 개정 시마다 홍보 자료 제작
- 카카오톡 친구 채널을 통해 현장에 배포를 위한 Sales Material 정기 제작
[자격 요건]
- 보험업계 5년 이상 근무 경험
- MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) 활용 우수자
- 전략적, 창의적인 사고방식과 긍정적인 태도, 대인 관계 능력
**우대사항
- GA채널 혹은 대면채널 다이렉트 마케팅 경력자
- 소식지/Sales Material 제작 경력
