As a sales Manager you will take ownership for the sales orders for new and existing customers. In this role, you will take full ownership of your regional sales plan, ensuring the achievement of strategic targets. Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers is key to successfully delivering innovative projects and driving business growth.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer successDriving the growth of Ultrasound Products and Services orders and sales with new and existing clients.Contributes to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.  Executing direct and indirect sales strategies to fulfil business objectives and expand into new markets.Being the central point of contact for customers and cross-functional teams.Develop a plan and a strategy to ensure the development of our ultrasound sales in the assigned territory and segments.Defining and executing the regional ultrasound strategy in collaboration with the Regional Sales LeaderDefining actions and initiatives to drive quarterly resultsBuilding a visible and accurate opportunities funnel across the assigned territory and using Waygate tools and processes providedGathering and reporting Voice of Customers.Building and managing the business with a compliance culture with constant health, environment and safety engagement.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collegeHave 5 years experience in SalesHave 5 years experience in Industrial UltrasoundBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problemsHave the ability to be a technical consultant to our customers and build successful and strategic relationshipsDemonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate technical information in a clear and easy to understand mannerBe able to speak fluent EnglishGood to have: Spanish fluency
