Sales Manager US – Animal Nutrition

Mackenzie Stuart is working on behalf of a global leader within the Animal Nutrition Ingredients industry. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager US to develop relations and drive sales in the North American market.

Responsibilities –

Focus on building and nurturing relationships with regional and national feed companies across North America.Uncover and understand individual customer needs and align products and services to meet those needs effectively.Prospect, qualify, and manage new sales leads to expand business opportunities.Partner with Product Management and Technical Services to create effective account management strategies and address customer needs.Relay market trends and customer feedback to internal teams to drive product development and technical adjustments.Focus on increasing revenue, market adoption, and capturing market share while ensuring sales numbers and profit goals are met.

Requirements –

Expectations to travel 50-60% of the timeMust have a clean full driver’s license.Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4+ years of adequate knowledge in animal nutrition.At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager and Technical sales manager.Experience in implementation of business development strategyAbility to solve problems and build strong relationships with key customer bases.Effective presentation and sales skills
