We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Training & Engineering Services team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Main responsibilities
Meet personal and team sales targets within schedule through new business, upselling, and strategic partnerships, coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the market’s potential, industry trends, competitors and potential opportunities
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Organize and attend meetings with customers, attend sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Actively search for suppliers of products and services in the market
Generate leads (including cold calls/e-mails), present, promote and sell goods/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Negotiate with suppliers and customers, Make proposals or presentations
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Fill orders, quotations, customer data in internal company systems
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
Main Requirements
Previous experience in aviation sales (B2B) and direct negotiations is required
Higher education in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering or marketing field is considered as an advantage
Excellent time management, negotiation and organizational skills
Ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a virtual team environment
Ability to handle complex of information related with services
Goal driven attitude, persuasiveness, stress tolerance
Very good verbal and written knowledge of English language and at least one Asian language is a must
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite application and knowledge of CRM systems
