Drive business growth across the Sports Medicine portfolio

Build strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, physiotherapists, and hospitals

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

Execute territory strategies, trainings, workshops, and product demos

Represent the brand at conferences, workshops, and trade events

Use market insights and sales analytics to refine strategy

???? What We’re Looking For

5+ years in medical device sales

Minimum 2 years in Sports Medicine / Orthopedics

Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer engagement skills

Solid understanding of sports medicine procedures and products

MBA preferred (Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Business background)
