You will work closely with healthcare professionals across Taiwan, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to improve patient outcomes. We value candidates who are proactive, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference in patients' lives. **Responsibilities** - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including oncologists and other key stakeholders. - Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet business objectives. - Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes of conduct, and company policies. **Basic:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in oncology or pharmaceutical sales. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. - Reside in Taiwan and be willing to travel nationally. **Preferred:** - Experience with product launches in oncology or specialty care. - Ability to understand and communicate complex scientific data. - Positive mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. **Work Environment:** This is an on-site role with field-based responsibilities, requiring travel across Taiwan to engage with customers and stakeholders.
