No relocation is offered”** As a Sales Manager-Sales System Engineer 2 Channel, you will support Company strategy by ensuring Company sales goals are achieved through proper determination of how the company can meet customer requirements and system configurations within time and cost constraints. Oversees entry to senior-level sales employees, responsible for executing sales plans, assigning tasks, and adherence to company policies. Leads the team to manage average sales quota or territory. May have consumer or mid-size to large, complex business to business sales. Utilizes strong product and pricing knowledge, exercises judgment and resolves complex problems. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates.. **Key Responsibilities:** **• Team Leadership and Development:** Direct and supervise engineers, manage performance, and foster professional development for team growth. **• Technical Expertise and Customer Consultation:** Provide advanced technical guidance and consultation on designing, customizing, and implementing complex solutions. **• Customer Integration and Support:** Ensure successful product integration, deliver quality pre/post-sales support, including consulting, demos, and addressing inquiries. **• Project Management and System Optimization:** Lead deployment projects, manage technical sales solutions, align them with business goals and cost objectives, and identify enhancement opportunities. **• Training and Documentation:** Develop training programs, drive continuous improvement, and maintain comprehensive documentation, generating performance reports. **COMPENSATION OFFERED:** Our Sales Manager-Sales System Engineer 2 Channel, earn between $134,600 - $201,800 + $46,000 in commissions with a total target compensation of $180,600 - $247,800.
