Sales Manager - Rapid Site Leader
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** RAPID Site Business Leadership + Serve as Emerson’s primary business leader for the RAPID site, ensuring strong customer engagement and alignment with site stakeholders. + Develop and execute a comprehensive site strategy to maximize Emerson’s share of wallet across all business units. + Monitor site-level performance metrics, including bookings, sales and revenue.M&A Booking for RAPID + Own and deliver the M&A booking targets for RAPID, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting. + Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue major opportunities. + Provide leadership in negotiations and contract finalization for strategic deals.MSOL Installed Base Growth + Drive initiatives to grow MSOL installed base business from USD 5M to USD 10M by FY28. + Develop and implement strategies for lifecycle services, upgrades, and modernization projects. + Work closely with service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. + Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product BDMs, CCT and service teams. + Leverage Emerson’s global and regional resources to support pursuit strategies.Market Intelligence and Strategy + Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats. + Provide insights to inform product positioning and pricing strategies. + Stay updated on industry trends and customer requirements. + Reporting and Forecasting + Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and performance reports to M&A Business Leader. + Track progress against strategic goals and adjust plans as needed. **Who You Are:** + Proven track record in managing large accounts and complex projects. + Strong financial acumen and commercial negotiation skills. + Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. + Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Strategic Thinking & Execution + Customer Relationship Management + Cross-functional Leadership + Results-Oriented & Resilient + Market & Financial Analysis **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation) or related technical discipline. + Minimum 10 years of experience in process automation, sales, and business development. **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
