Enhance the profile of Purolite Resins in the marketplace.Manage and develop existing accounts, in addition seek new business opportunities within the territory. Implement agreed sales strategies and achieve objectives.Serve as a close liaison with colleagues to enable the customer to receive efficient and effective services.Solicit feedback on new potential business opportunities from leadership Partner with finance and leadership to establish the annual sales budget.Keep up to date with new developments within the business and industry.Provide day to day technical and commercial support of the customer base, including:Demonstrate technical competence in ion exchange product knowledge and applicationsTroubleshoot customer problemsHandle customer complaintsLiaise and support other offices on product and client information.Handle resin sample testing/sample requestsMaintain and distribute critical records e.g. visit reports, quotations listings, tech, service/sample requestsMaintain customer data in a CRM system.Provide production planning inputMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related fieldIon exchange experience15 years of technical experience.Ability to travel 60%Previous people manager experiencePreferred Qualifications
