- Interface between customer and company to understand customer expectations and requirements and maintain good customer relationship
- Achieve the sales target in business plan for his / her project(s)
- Basic technical knowhow for ADAS or breaking area
- Acquisition support for new projects
- Negotiation with customer for commercial (annual prices, account receivable), engineering change request and delivery problems, etc.
- Check customer forecast and confirm correct monthly order
- Coordination and support of after sales activities and deal with warranty claim compensation
- Prepare and coordinate customer visit, customer audit
Qualifications- Bachelor or Master degree in Automotive Engineering or Commercial and Business background
- 5 years or more of working experience on commercial or logistics topics
- Fluency in English and Chinese
